End of Summer Blowout!

Let’s finish summer right!

Summer in Big Bear is an unforgettable time. The season is almost over, and we are partying to celebrate the last leg of it! Big Bear is a centrally located destination in Southern California, right in between Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas. Whether you like concerts, gold mining, hiking, swimming, bar hopping, Big bear has whatever your heart desires! Every weekend, there are all types of events and shows going on. You can go enjoy a local band in one of our bars down town, or you can rock out to a national act at The Cave’s state of the art concert venue. You can go wine and beer tasting, or conquer one of the hundreds of hiking trails we have throughout the valley and mountain ranges. This blog is meant to show you what is going on this weekend so you can make the most out of your trip to Big Bear!

No Duh: Ultimate tribute to No Doubt

Sept 14 | 6:30pm | $13 | Full Bar | All Ages

No Duh is not just the best tribute to No Doubt & Gwen Stefani, they’re one of the best tribute acts in the world. It’s not just great music, it’s a complete, high energy, amusing, audio-visual explosion!

No Duh mixes the experience & energy of a live No Doubt & Gwen Stefani concert with nostalgic visuals, styling’s & props of the No Doubt & Gwen Stefani videos, complete with costume changes & even some humor! Close your eyes or keep them open, you will feel like you are experiencing the real thing. It’s rare to see a tribute act excite an audience like this band. Not to mention that they are home-based in Orange County California, just like the original No Doubt.

No Duh has been mentioned by Gwen Stefani in interviews. She says, “they’re amazing” & says of our lead singer,
“… I was almost jealous of her because she [Spen] was just so cute…”. No Doubt says, “No Duh rules!”. And they should know, they have seen & performed with No Duh. The band has appeared on local, national & international Television & Radio including a full length feature on “Good Morning America” , “CNN Headline News” & on AXS TV’s “World’s Greatest Tribute Bands”.

Visions: Rush tribute

Aug 31 | 6:30pm | $15 | Full Bar | All Ages

“A SPIRIT WITH A VISION, IS A DREAM, WITH A MISSION…”

We have a VISION to bring the world renowned RUSH concert to the masses. Since the announcement that Rush has officially retired from the touring scene, their diehard fans the world over, are in need of their fix of live Rush music. While many tributes find it necessary to get the “look” of the band just right with wigs and other attire, Visions believes that the music is #1. The common Rush Head is very skeptical of anyone attempting to reproduce Rush music with any proficiency, not to mention very quick to point out ANY mistakes. With this in mind, and being die hard Rush fans ourselves, the choice to make sure every nuance of a song, from samples to vocal harmonies to analog keyboards, is the priority.
