Kitchen Manager
Our fast paced, scratch, high volume kitchen looking for an experienced line cook with expertise in effectively training and managing kitchen staff. We use high quality fresh ingredients and take pride in going the extra mile to give our guest the best experience in Big Bear!
- 85% of time spent cooking and maintaining proper kitchen sanitation/organization standards.
- 15% of time spent scheduling, supervising order/inventory and other administrative kitchen duties.

Line Cook
Come cook at the busiest kitchen in Big Bear! We take pride in being a scratch kitchen. Prep, pizza, pantry/salad, fry, sautee and grill experience all a plus! We will train depending on base knowledge. San Bernardino Food Handlers card required. Host/Hostess
Be the first and last face guests see as they enjoy dinging at the best craft brewery around! Duties include: greeting guests, seating tables, delivering menus, managing server sections, usinging Yelp! Waitlist for restaurant seating management, clearing dirty tables and menus.
Server/Bartender
Craft beer is a booming industry and we want you to help guests have the best brew pub experience around! Server duties include: taking orders, placing orders in POS System, clearing tables, running food.
Bartender duties include: managing bar, making cocktails, pouring craft beer & serving tables.
Expo
As expo you are responsible for running food to tables!
